In this retreat, we’re guided by the theme of Awakening.

The desert, often regarded as a place of hardship and isolation, holds a profound symbolic meaning in many spiritual traditions and can play a powerful role in our awakening process.

To tap into this potential, René will lead you through yoga sequences, breathwork, and meditation practices designed to awaken and prepare your mind, body, and spirit for the new season.

In addition, Stephanie will offer gentle stretch and strength practices encouraging circulation, embodiment, recovery, and emotional release as we bloom into spring.

Other Showcase Activities & Amenities

  • Stephanie will guide a hands-on herbal workshop, introducing local and seasonal herbs traditionally used to support vitality, emotional balance, and renewal during the transition into spring. You'll craft your own personalized tea blend to take home.
  • We’ll venture on a guided hiking excursion into the beauty of the desert, ending with a grounding breathwork and meditation practice, followed by a vibrant vegan lunch curated by our wonderful chef, Francisco of Cocina Folklore.

  • In your downtime, enjoy the spacious outdoor pool and spa, relax in the luxurious living room, or soak in the desert and mountain views from the patio and outdoor lounge areas.

We’ll practice yoga daily, share delicious all-vegan Mexican meals, and create space to reconnect with nature, deepen your practice, and bond with a like-hearted community.

Retreat Venue

Welcome to this oasis in the desert! Located on a large 2-acre lot, this beautiful villa has stunning mountain views, with plenty of nature and trees around the property that give it a true desert oasis feel.

Experience the healing properties of natural mineral spring salt water by taking a dip in the pool or spa. Relax and enjoy the serenity of Nature or cuddle up inside in the home's spacious gameroom, with plenty of indoor amenities to enjoy.

It is a great property to get away from all the city madness; relax and unwind and get a true desert experience with lots of privacy. This home is stylish with neutral decor and yet has a relaxing and cozy feel with a touch of glam.

KITCHEN/LIVING
Tons of outdoor seating, eating, and relaxation areas (see images above). You can always find a secluded area to sit and relax, or join in the fun at poolside. The kitchen is outfitted with upgraded new stainless steel appliances, a fully equipped and stocked kitchen. It is airy and spacious, with plenty of space.
