“Begin at the Beginning” Online Yoga Series!

 

Are you looking to restart or jumpstart a vinyasa or hatha-based yoga practice this year but feeling a bit intimidated about going to a yoga studio?

Or do you want to introduce your love of yoga to a friend or loved one but are not sure how?

If this is you, then this live online 4-part beginner series is for you!

Limited to 15 participants, this Series is perfect for people looking for a nurturing small group online space to learn the fundamentals of vinyasa and hatha-based yoga.

Each hour-long session will be supplemented with extras like weekly homework assignments geared towards reinforcing the concepts learned in the session.

As a result of this course, you and/or friends will not only be empowered for a lifetime of practice but also ready to step into a yoga studio with confidence.

 

What’s Included in the Series?

A beginners Yoga series of four, one-hour yoga classes conducted online over Zoom

Extras

1. René will provide four “homework” assignments

2. Availability of René to answer your questions over email.

3. One optional, one-time Zoom “graduate call” with graduates of the Course.*

* “Graduate call” will take place approximately one month after the end of the Course. Date, time, and details to be determined by René.

Session 1: Breath, Movement, and Standing Poses

Session 2: Strength & Integrity in Your Center

Session 3: Mobilizing Your Spine with Twists

Session 4: Putting It All Together

February. 5, February 12, February 19, and February 26

Time:

6:30-7:30 pm

Format:

Online – sessions will be live and will not be recorded (for privacy reasons)


Cost:

$90 per person for all 4 sessions, plus the extras listed above.

Space is limited to 15 (fifteen) participants

Registration opens on Friday, January 8th at 6 am.
