Wherever you are as this year begins, I want to wish you much warmth and joy. Whatever your holidays looked like this year, I hoped you were able to incorporate even a little bit of practice.
I’m grateful that you’ve practiced with me this past year. I look forward to working with you this 2023.
As you begin this year’s yoga practice, remember that your at-home practice doesn’t need to look or feel like your studio practice. Nor should it.
It can be for five minutes or thirty minutes; it can consist of some short breathing exercises, a few half Sun Salutations, or a guided meditation on an app. Play with using props (blocks, belts, blankets) in your practice. In short, have fun and explore. If you’ve never done a particular yoga style – try it.
I’ve linked to a few short practices below to inspire you. Have fun and I’ll see you on the mat!
- Energized 15-min chair yoga
- “Hands & Feet, Fingers & Toes” chair yoga (30-min)
- Spinal Rotation Hatha Flow (30-min)
