Perfect for new or developing yogis looking for guidance on developing a life-long, sustainable practice emphasizing strength, steadiness, and precision. My one-on-one training emphasizes postural techniques grounded in a science-based, contemporary understanding of yoga anatomy that will empower you on and off the mat.

Small Group Classes:

Want to celebrate a birthday and/or share the gift of yoga with friends – but don’t want to go to a studio? This is the option for you! I offer classes perfect for groups of two to ten people in Chair Yoga, Restorative, Hatha, and Vinyasa Yoga styles.
